The Mutual Ministry committee helps provide for the health and well-being of the pastor and congregation by facilitating good communication practices.  The committee serves as an advocate for the pastor in all aspects of his well-being, as well as being a sounding board for concerns of the pastor or congregation.  The team seeks to listen to concerns in a loving, confidential and sensitive manner and respond in Christian love and wisdom while seeking to nurture healthy working relationships and manage conflict.

The committee also supports the pastor in selecting continuing education experiences with mutual ministry goals in mind.
