Collaboration involves a LOT of conversation. Conversations within the congregation as well as conversations between congregations. In the spirit of telling the truth about what is happening, here are some truths about the Synod and about Shepherd of the Hills, along with the list of strengths and essentials that were lifted up during our meeting.
